This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the financial terms for services provided by LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP ("LITELINK", "Company", "We", "Us") and operating ventures AMSIT (amsit.in), Hosticky (hosticky.com), and AppTechX (apptechx.in).

1. Custom Engineering & Consulting Milestone Payments

For custom web engineering, mobile app development (AppTechX), ERP/CRM software solutions, and technical advisory projects (AMSIT):

• Advance Retainers: Initial deposit retainers paid prior to project architecture mapping and Figma wireframing are non-refundable once engineering sprints have commenced.
• Milestone Payments: Payments tied to completed sprint deliverables (e.g., UI design, API integration, QA audit) are non-refundable upon client sign-off or demonstration approval.
• Project Cancellations: If a project is cancelled mid-development by the client, billing will be prorated based on completed engineering hours and delivered assets.

2. Cloud Infrastructure & Web Hosting (Hosticky)

Terms for cloud hosting and server provisioning services operated via Hosticky:

• cPanel Shared Hosting: Eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee for new annual accounts if service does not meet stated performance specs.
• Dedicated NVMe VPS & Cloud Infrastructure: Cloud server resources provisioned with custom hardware allocations are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable once server hardware resources are allocated.
• Domain Names & SSL Certificates: Domain registration fees, TLD transfers, and third-party SSL certificates are processed instantly with global registries and are strictly non-refundable.

3. Ad Tech & Growth Marketing Budgets

Media spend budgets allocated directly to third-party ad networks (Meta Ads, Google Ads) managed by AMSIT are paid directly to ad platforms and are non-refundable by LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP.

4. Refund Processing Window

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank account within 5 to 7 business days following official written confirmation from our finance desk.
