LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP provides IT advisory, custom software development, mobile application engineering, cloud infrastructure hosting, and digital growth services directly and through its specialized operating units:

• AMSIT: Enterprise IT consultancy, custom web systems, automated ERP/CRM solutions, Meta & Google ads engineering.
• Hosticky: High-performance cPanel web hosting, NVMe VPS cloud servers, domain registration, and reseller hosting.
• AppTechX: iOS & Android mobile application development, multi-tenant SaaS cloud engineering, startup MVPs, and WhatsApp API automation.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, website design, graphics, and proprietary software framework code published on litelink.co.in and associated platform domains are the exclusive intellectual property of LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP. Custom application source code engineered for clients is transferred upon full settlement of contracted milestone payments as specified in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Clients and users engaging our web portals or server infrastructure agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during service registration and client onboarding.
• Refrain from using server infrastructure for unauthorized network scanning, malware hosting, phishing, or illegal activities under the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials issued for cloud control panels, server portals, or project management systems.

4. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & Reliability

LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP strives for high platform availability. Dedicated cloud server infrastructure provisioned via Hosticky targets a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled server maintenance or unforeseen upstream network outages are communicated via registered support channels.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LITELINK CONSULTANCY LLP, its partners, or operating platforms be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server interruptions, improper user configuration, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
